Filling or Centre Fats
Britannia Food Ingredients can supply a wide range of filling fats based on palm fractions, which are naturally free from trans acids. All our filling fats are compatible with cocoa butter and any fat which migrates from a filling into a chocolate shell will not cause bloom, unlike lauric or hydrogenated fats. Britannia technical staff will be pleased to tailor a filling fat to meet your technical and cost requirements. Examples are:

Cool Fill Series - rapid melting fats for cool-tasting fillings

Econ Fill Series - economical filling fats where the fastest melting is not required

Fast Fill Series - non-tempering filling fats

Firm Fill Series - sharp melting fats for firm fillings

Soft Fill Series - filling fats for softer centres
