Pure prime pressed and expeller cocoa butters are deodorised to meet the customer's taste requirements. The cocoa butter is sourced from selected factories, mainly in West Africa, unpacked, filtered and deodorised to ensure a microbiologically safe product is delivered to the chocolate manufacturer.
