
Britannia Food Ingredients supplies an assortment of chocolate powders and granulates. These powders are produced from completely conched chocolate masses by removal of the fat phase, and milling and granulation of the resulting chocolate press cake. The final fat content of the powders and granulates is about 11%. The main advantage of these powders is that they have a genuine chocolate flavour in contrast to powders on the basis of cocoa powder and sugar. Therefore, the powders can be used as flavour ingredient for a variety of food products, e.g. dairy products, sauces and baked products. The chocolate powders can also be used for the production of reduced-fat chocolate products. The following chocolate types are available: 'Extra Bitter', 'Bitter', 'Milk' and 'White'.
The chocolate powders and granulates can be delivered in 25-kg bags or in 800-kg Big-Bags.
